Murphy is a five year old boy who was originally adopted from SVPP as a kitten. His owners recently asked if we could find him a new home due to their changing circumstances.

Murphy is a good boy and is naturally a little shy having to leave his home with three dogs. he is now getting used to two foster kitty siblings which is taking a little bit of adjustment. Luckily, the foster who had him as a kitten is able to foster him again, so he'll be back to his playful self soon, now with kitty friends!

Murphy is affectionate, loves to be petted, and will purr, knead his paws, and roll around to ask for more. He's litter-box trained and a good eater. 

Since he's has some major changes lately, he'll need a little patience from his adopter. As with 90% of all cats, he doesn't like loud noises and is ever watchful for new loud hoomans. We think he may prefer a quiet environment.

Murphy would work well with a first-time or experienced cat owner who is patient and kind! He's easy-going and easy to care for. No special needs. Would work well as an only cat with a family to love, or with cat-friendly dogs! We believe Murphy will be more cat friendly soon, after adjusting to living in his foster home.
