Phillip is a fun loving kitten and you will know this when you hear how loud he purrs.  Although a bit shy at first, he does come around quickly.  Phillip enjoys the company of another cat to play with when his human isn't around and he knows how to keep himself entertained too.  

 

Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
