Otto loves everyone he meets! He's still just a baby and is figuring out the rules of housetraining, but he's proven himself to be quite the snuggler. He's learning basic commands, crates nicely, and gets along well with dogs and dog-friendly cats. 

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
