My Life Starts Now: We have no idea how this sweet, playful puppy ended up as a stray in the TriCity Animal Shelter. He was spotted on their website by a former SVPP foster parent who lost her senior Chihuahua last year. We are so glad she reached out to SVPP to help get him into her loving home with a soft bed and good food; as he deserves. Scout appears to be mostly healthy at this time. He has a fantastic foster home where he will be well cared for and taught how to be the best puppy that he can possibly be! Welcome to the SVPP family, Scout!

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
