Meet MELISSA LISBON

Melissa Lisbon brings extensive experience in leadership, project management, legal administration, and training, honed during her career at corporate law firms. After transitioning from the legal sector, she applied her skills to the nonprofit world, focusing on animal welfare and cancer support. Melissa has founded several organizations, including San Jose Animal Advocates, Cancer Companion Pets, and in 2014, Silicon Valley Pet Project, which she continues to lead with dedication and vision.

Melissa shares her life with her husband, Stephen, two rescue cats—Henry and Oliver—and two rescue dogs—Greta Lou and Strawberry.
