Foster/Adoption Coordinator (Volunteer)

Meet Sarah Clark

Sarah brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and passion to her role as SVPP’s volunteer Foster/Adoption Coordinator. Her extensive background in animal welfare spans years of dedicated service in local shelters—where she worked both as a staff member and volunteer across animal care and dog behavior departments—as well as active involvement with several area rescue organizations. Outside of animal welfare, Sarah brings valuable professional experience from her background in Human Resources.

At SVPP, Sarah provides critical operational support to both our Dog and Feline Foster Programs. She manages foster onboarding, collaborates closely with our Animal Care Lead on medical care plans, and offers continuous guidance to foster families throughout their assignments. Sarah also guides prospective adopters through the counseling process, ensuring every animal in our care finds a loving, lifelong home.
